New City Park Progress Lakeport Ca June 2023
Another step towards the conclusion of the new community park in Lakeport Ca. The Large Concession Stand is constructed, Cement paths progressing, Sheltered Picnic Areas constructed. And Now! the Gazebo…Amphitheater…..is constructed.
In April 2020 the City of Lakeport was awarded a $5.9 million grant funded by the 2018 State of California Parks and Water Bond (Prop 68) for the development of a new community park along the lakefront at 800 and 810 North Main Street (Natural High Property).
In addition to funding for the acquisition of the approximately 7 acre proposed park lands, the awarded grant provides funding for the following amenities chosen through an extensive public outreach process: • Promenade Lake Front Path • Basketball Court • Ninja Gym • Amphitheater • Splash Pad • Skate Park • Multi-Use Lawn Area • Large Sheltered Picnic Area • Bathroom / Concession Building • Public Art • Parking Lot • Landscaping and Lighting throughout Park • Dedicated Area for Future Boathouse See the Lakeport City’s website for more info about the new park project: https://www.cityoflakeport.com/lakefr...

This three minute fifteen second video represents the Buckingham Test & Tune, a gathering of Vintage Boats and Classic Cars over a three-day event – May 19th, 20th & 21st.
Friday late afternoon on May 19th folks gathered at the Thomas Showroom for crackers, cheese and wine and then cruised down Main Street in Kelseyville, California to the Lady Luck Garage for a wonderful meet and greet with food & drink. During the Buckingham Test and Tune on May 20th and 21st beautiful Vintage Boats and Classic Cars & Trucks were on display while some of the finest vintage boats took flight on Clear Lake.
