The Lakeport Fire Department personnel and volunteers put out some wonderful awesome energy on Saturday October 3rd 2026.

They opened their fire house to the public and shared great life saving tips while feeding attendees hotdogs, chips and water. The community gathered together young and old to see the fire trucks on display.

This was a free event to the public. Young children got to meet fire fighters, climb into their fire trucks and learned how to put out fires! Hands on fire safety education showing off water rescue gear and more.
